About the Alliance
The Clean Energy Education & Workforce Alliance is a coalition for/of clean energy education advocates. We are committed to working towards a resilient and equitable clean energy economy shaped by knowledgeable educators, students and an engaged public.

While we agree that broad based energy education and understanding is critical to building a clean energy future, our primary focus is clean energy education. We seek to collectively drive bold policy through research-aligned frameworks that can enable widespread engagement around clean energy priorities.
About the Summit
The inaugural Renewable Energy Education Summit was held virtually on February 4th, 2021.

The Summit aimed to provide a reflective juncture for the renewable energy education community to take a collective deep breath and consider whether the tools and resources we have at our reach match the outcomes we desire. The goal of this dialogue was to work determining shared priorities, metrics, and goals as we move forward collectively to build the foundation of a clean energy economy.

Nearly 100 educators, industry professionals, program directors, curriculum developers, and government officials came together at this day-long virtual dialogue.
